Operations automation
Stripe invoicing + Notion CRM + Gmail integration + Google Calendar — all glued together with Claude as the orchestrator. Runs invoicing, contract delivery, follow-ups, status reporting, on autopilot.

Pipelines + automations for video work
Resolve scripting, ffmpeg automation, transcript-driven editing, color-grade auto-detection (Fuji F-Log2, Sony S-Log3, etc.). The 'Golden Goose' pipeline turns a raw multi-cam shoot folder into a fully synced, graded Resolve project — zero manual prep.
Proof: In active development. Saves 6–8 hours per shoot.

ABA Connect — multi-role practice management SPA
Building for: ABA clinics. Tash's clinic = client zero.
8,656-line single-page app. Four role-based views (Admin, BCBA, RBT, Parent) with permission gates, goal tracking, session notes, billing, parent training. In active iteration.

100+ NSA speakers, multi-day shoots through to delivered reel.
Full pipeline I built myself: scoping, on-location filming, multi-cam sync, transcript-driven edit, custom motion graphics, delivery + revisions. Every reel is bespoke.

Who I am, in one screen.
I'm Matt Bauer. I run Motivational Media out of Wichita, Kansas. I started filming speaker reels in 2016 and have been at it full-time ever since — 100+ NSA-level clients, hundreds of finished reels.
About a year ago I started building AI systems for myself, then for my wife's ABA therapy clinic (HIPAA-compliant, local-first), then for a Customer Experience consultancy on retainer. The patterns turn out to be the same patterns speakers need: take 5+ hours a week of admin and turn it into 20 minutes of review.
I'm a Claude power user. I build with Claude Code, deploy to Cloudflare, send transactional email through Resend, automate Resolve via its scripting API, and clone voices through ElevenLabs (Pioneer-tier, 4+ years on the platform).
