A friend's audiobook, finished in 2 months instead of 18
Marcus is a speaker friend who lost his sight. Recording an audiobook used to mean listening to one sentence in his ear, pausing, repeating it, then doing it again, for an entire book.
I cloned his voice. He sent me the manuscript. Six weeks later he had a finished audiobook in his own voice, indistinguishable from a real recording. He cried when he heard it.

Who I am
I've been doing this for a decade.
I'm Matt Bauer. I run Motivational Media out of Wichita, Kansas. I've been filming and editing speaker reels since 2016. Over a hundred NSA-level speakers, hundreds of finished reels.
About a year ago I started building AI systems for myself, then for my wife's therapy clinic, then for a Customer Experience firm on retainer. Turns out the same patterns work brilliantly for working speakers. The ones doing 20 to 60 paid gigs a year and drowning in the admin.
I keep my work narrowly focused on speakers and small practices. I don't take clients I can't serve well. I explain things in plain English, and I'm transparent about what AI is good at (most things) and bad at (a few specific things). No mystery tech, no jargon, no upsells.
